Advanced Italian in the Everyday World

This course aims to help students reach advanced proficiency and intercultural competency in Italian through interactive engagement on different topics: Arts, Politics, Religion, Diversity, and Social Justice. Strong emphasis will be placed on communication, oral and written, and on expanding language comprehension through acquisition of rich vocabulary and syntactic awareness. This course is essential for the further study of Italian language and literature; it must be taken before or concurrently with Ital 323C and Ital 324C. Prereq: Ital 201D or permission of instructor.
