Shirley Anghel

Shirley Anghel’s research considers the intersection of nation, politics, and religion in twentieth-century Spanish literature and film. She holds an M.A. in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College where she completed a master’s thesis under the direction of Dr. Sara Muñoz. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student in the Hispanic Studies program at Washington University in St. Louis.
